These terms govern your use of MYVITRAX. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Services

MYVITRAX provides wellness coaching, biomarker testing through accredited partner laboratories, training programmes and related digital tools. Availability of specific tests, panels and features may vary by region.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features and biomarker panels are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4a. Community standards (MYVITRAX Athletes)

MYVITRAX has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour in the Athletes community. Posting prohibited content results in removal of that content and, where appropriate, permanent removal of the account.

The following are prohibited anywhere in the community, including captions, comments, photos, display names and taglines:

Harassment, bullying, threats or targeted abuse of another athlete
Hate speech or slurs based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation
Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content
Violence, gore or content glorifying violence
Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating, including extreme or unsafe dieting practices
Spam, scams, unsolicited promotion or link farming
Impersonation of another person, coach, brand or MYVITRAX itself
Medical misinformation, or presenting unqualified advice as clinical guidance

You must be 16 years or older to post, comment or otherwise contribute content. You are responsible for everything you post and you must hold the rights to any photo you upload.

All community content is moderated. Every post, comment and athlete profile can be reported from the ⋮ menu, and every report is reviewed within 24 hours. You can also block any athlete, which immediately removes them and their content from your view and removes them from yours. Accounts that post prohibited content are removed and may be banned without notice.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding and trademarks in MYVITRAX are owned by MYVITRAX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

6. Liability

MYVITRAX is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
