MYVITRAX uses artificial intelligence, including Google Gemini accessed via our infrastructure provider, to power features such as the AI Coach and meal photo/text nutrition analysis. This means the following information may be processed by these AI systems to generate personalised responses and estimates:

  • Training history, sessions, and personal records.
  • Health metrics such as sleep, steps, and weight.
  • Biomarker/blood test results and status.
  • Nutrition data you log, including meal photos and descriptions.
  • Conversation history with the AI Coach.

This data is used solely to power the relevant in-app feature. It is not used to train AI models beyond standard real-time processing of the request, and is not shared with advertisers.

5. Sharing Your Information

Your data is shared and processed through trusted third-party platforms required to deliver our services, including payment providers (e.g. Stripe) and pathology providers (e.g. i-screen). By purchasing a pathology service, you consent to MYVITRAX sharing your personal and health-related information with approved third-party pathology providers (including i-screen) for the purposes of:

  • Creating and managing your testing account.
  • Arranging pathology services.
  • Processing and delivering your test results.
  • Providing wellness and coaching support related to your selected service.

MYVITRAX does not sell your personal data.

By purchasing a MYVITRAX blood panel, biomarker service, or health optimisation service, you consent to MYVITRAX receiving, viewing, storing, and interpreting your i-screen blood test results for the purpose of providing:

  • Coaching support.
  • Personalised lifestyle recommendations.
  • General health optimisation guidance.

You also consent to i-screen emailing you your pathology request form and notifying you when your results are available.
